FFRF Action Fund engages in non-legislative activities and actions, as well as creating awareness for the need for legislation to repeal unfair privileges to religion, which create inequitable treatment of secular versus religious nonprofits; and repeal of theocratic legislation that has harmed the First Amendment’s separation between religion and government, and entangled church and state.
